Workshop 1 Breakdown

If you want to move forward with your career as a Portrait Photographer, I would love to help! In a workshop with me we will learn about session types of your choice and I will set up a styled shoot at the end of the workshop with a model or model family.

You will receive an itinerary for the course along with all of the instructions of items you will need to bring! The first part will be learning specified subjects and the remaining time will be a styled shoot to implement what we have gone over! At the session, I will show you what to look for and how to pose clients in the most flattering way while also getting the authentic unposed and emotional photos. We will go over a few prompts to get our clients to connect with each other based on the style of photos you deliver or want to deliver to your clients

Part of the workshop will be going over your CODB or Cost of Doing Business to make sure that you are pricing yourself correctly to be profitable. We will also go over the necessary steps to become a legal business if you aren't already!

I want to see everyone win! I want to see everyone flourish in their style and expression! Creating Art is a beautiful thing and being able to share it with the world and create it for families that will pass it on through generations is an honor to be apart of. You will have all the info and worksheets you will need to take home with you from your workshop to refer back to in your business!

Workshop 2 Breakdown

The most important thing that we can portray with our client is our authentic self in a professional way. The way you communicate with your clients and the information you give them during the booking process is very important. When you provide you clients with all of the information up front it is less likely they will be surprised after the shoot and less likely they will be unhappy or have a negative experience. The initial first impression is when they decided if they are going to book with you or not.

Se we are going to get your communication and client experience down to a perfect science! We will also have a styled session during this workshop with models provided. We will end the workshop with getting your editing workflow and style and the way that you deliver galleries to your client solidified as well. Together we will design your questionnaires, style guide, client welcome packet, and pricing guide to simplify your booking process and make your platform more user friendly!

These may seem like trivial things but learning tips and tricks that can help you make the time you spend on galleries or editing easier, then I have accomplished what I set out to. I think being on the same page as a creative/photographer community will make the deciding factor for our potential clients come down to the quality and style of our art!
